JUDGMENT Neena Bansal Krishna, J. CM APPL. 16829/2023 (Seeking Exemption) 1. Allowed, subject to just exceptions. 2. The application is disposed of. W.P.(C) 4365/2023 3. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs : "(I). Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or other suitable writ or order or direction thereby commanding Respondent No. 1 and 2 to accept the "Withdrawn of Notice of VRS" dated 10.01.2023 (Annexure- P/2) and cancel notice of VRS of the 7petitioner dated 30.10.2022 (Annexure- P/l);OR (II). Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or other suitable writ or order or direction thereby commanding Respondents to consider the Withdrawn of Notice of VRS" dated 10.01.2023 sympathetically and passed a reasoned order; and (III) Pass any other or further order or orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interests of justice." 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for the reliefs sought in the present petition, the petitioner has already made two representations dated 06.02.2023 and 14.03.2023. However, the same have not been decided by the respondents. 5. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present Writ Petition with direction to the respondents to take decision on the above two representations of the petitioner within four weeks from today with a reasoned order and to communicate the decision taken to the petitioner within one week thereafter. 6. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved with the decision of the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum. 7. The petition is disposed of accordingly. 8. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
