JUDGMENT Vinit Kumar Mathur, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for a direction to be issued to respondent No. 1 to dispose/decide the pending application of the petitioner for registration of the trade mark ’MAHAK GOLD’. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner’s application No. 3414663 dated 21.11.2016 is pending consideration before the respondent No. 1 for last more than six years. He, therefore, prays that the respondent No. 1 may be directed to decide the said application at the earliest. 3. Considering the limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the pending application of the petitioner for registration of the trade mark ’MAHAK GOLD’ within a period three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
