JUDGMENT Mrs. Lisa Gill, J. Prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to renew the Electronic Dealer Financing Scheme (EDFS) limit of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel representing the respondent/bank submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the matter has been settled. The borrower, it is submitted, has paid full and final amount of T45,00,000/- within the agreed period and there is no outstanding in the account in question. 3. Communication dated 16.04.2022 from the respondent-Bank, furnished in Court today, is taken on record, subject to just exceptions. 4. In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. 5. Needless to say, petitioners are at liberty to file an appropriate application within four weeks, in case any incorrect fact has been mentioned before us.
