JUDGMENT : SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J. 1. None has appeared on behalf of petitioner. 2. Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks directions to the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 06.11.2020 and provide the deficient amount of Rs. 1280/- per month including arrears in the compassionate allowance as per entitlement. 3. For the aforesaid reliefs, the petitioner already filed representation dated 06.11.2020 before the respondent No. 2, however, the same has not been decided till date. 4. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 06.11.2020 filed by the petitioner within three weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within one week thereafter with a reasoned order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. 6. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision of the respondents on his representation, he may approach the appropriate forum.
