JUDGMENT Subba Reddy Satti, J. - Accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.127 of 2022 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge's Court, Tenali, Guntur District filed the above criminal petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings. 2. The 2nd respondent/de facto complainant filed complaint before Station House Officer, II Police Station, Tenali and the same was registered as Crime No.244 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 498-A r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. After investigation, police filed charge sheet and the same as numbered as C.C.No.127 of 2022 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge's Court, Tenali, for the offence under Section 498-A r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Challenging the same, the above criminal petition was filed. 3. Sri Ch.Vidya Sagar, learned counsel for petitioners after arguing for some time, confined his arguments and requested the Court to dispense with the presence of petitioners before the trial Court on every occasion. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for State also did not oppose the same. 5. In view of the request made by counsel for the petitioner during arguments, without touching merits of the matter to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.127 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge's Court, Tenali, Guntur District, the presence of the Petitioner Nos.2 to 4/A-2 to A-4, alone, before the trial Court is dispensed with. It is made clear that the Petitioner Nos.2 to 4/A-2 to A-4 shall appear before the trial Court as and when directed. However, Petitioner No.1/ A-1 shall appear before the trial court on every date of adjournment. 6. With the above directions, this criminal petition is disposed of. 7. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
