JUDGMENT Anupinder Singh Grewal, J. - Learned State counsel submits that the evidence has been led and the matter is fixed for arguments today itself. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution and the defence evidence has been led and the matter is fixed for arguments. The petitioner is in custody for more than 08 years. He further submits that this Court while declining the previous bail application by order dated 27.11.2020 had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. However, no further progress is stated to have been made in the trial. He also submits that he does not press this petition at this stage. 3. The petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage. 4. However, the trial Court is directed to decide the case within a period of two months from now.
