JUDGMENT Anand Pathak, J. - Heard on I.A. No.2991/2023, which is an application preferred by the petitioner under section 482 of Cr.P.C. for modification of order dated 30.1.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No.65/2023. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner confined his arguments to the extent that some typographical error crept into the order. The order dated 21.11.2022 was passed by XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Bhopal, in Criminal Appeal No.559/2022 but due to typographical error it was referred as XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Bhopal. Correct denomination is XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Bhopal. Similarly, he further refers that order of Juvenile Justice Board has been wrongly mentioned as 29.3.2022. Correct date of order is 23.8.2022. 3. Counsel for respondent-State has no objection. 4. Considering the limited prayer, application stands allowed. 5. It is hereby clarified that order dated 30.1.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No.65/2023 by this Court contains order dated 21.11.2022 passed by XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Bhopal. Similarly, order dated 29.3.2022 passed by Juvenile Justice Board stands corrected to the extent that correct date of order is 23.8.2022. 6. With the aforesaid clarification, present application stands allowed and disposed of. This order shall be read in conjunction with earlier order dated 30.1.2023.
