JUDGMENT (Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider petitioner representation dated 28.06.2023 and take appropriate action against the said Mr.K.Sundharamurthy, Paneerselvan and R.Satish and remove and prevent and dispossess them from running offensive trade of running illegal cable television network.) By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2. The petitioner is a licensed cable operator and he is now operating in V.O.C. Nagar, Tondiarpet. He faces illegal interference with his licence from respondents 4 to 6. He has given a representation dated 28.06.2023 to the 2nd respondent to initiate action against respondents 4 to 6. 3. Mr.G.Sivakumar, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 3rd respondent. 4. This Court now requires the 2nd respondent to hold an enquiry on the representation / complaint of the petitioner, after giving due notice to respondents 4 to 6 and conclude the entire proceedings within a period of six (6) seeks from today. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
