ORDER 1. Delay condoned. 2. We have heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner. 3. The case is only at the stage of framing of the charges by the Special Court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (for short 'PMLA'). 4. Therefore, we do not want to interfere at this stage. It is made clear that the Special Court will follow the law laid down by this Court in Vijay Madanlal Choudhary and Others vs. Union of India and Others reported in 2022 SCC Online SC 929. 5. Accordingly, the special leave petition is dismissed. 6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
