JUDGMENT 1. This parole petition is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue directions to the respondents to decide his application for sending him to Open Air Camp. 2. Reply to the application has been filed on behalf of respondent-State, wherein it is mentioned that the application filed by the petitioner is pending consideration with the Director General of Prisons, Jaipur. 3. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, this parole petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director General of Prisons, Jaipur to decide the application filed by the petitioner for sending him to the Open Air Camp in the next meeting positively.
