JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners while Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate, on behalf of State. Mr. Kulraj, learned advocate appears and submits, his leader Mr. B.R.Behera is engaged on behalf of opposite party no.5. 2. Mr. Mishra points out, the interim measure directed in paragraph 3 of order dated 20th December, 2022 was by incomplete sentence. It is clarified that the direction was for Misc. Certificate Appeal Case no.14 of 2017 to remain stayed till next date. 3. Mr. Sharma prays for three weeks' time for filing counter. Mr. Kulraj submits, his client has obtained certified copy of order dated 20th December, 2022, by which the Sub-Collector has disposed of the Appeal Case, remanding it to the Tahsildar. Mr. Mishra submits, he has no information regarding the same. 4. Mr. Kulraj is directed to circulate copies of said order dated 20th December, 2022 to learned advocates appearing for the parties. They, on getting copy of the order made by the Sub-Collector, are to consider the same. 5. List on 13th January, 2023.
