It is reported that encroachments have been removed pursuant to the direction of this Court and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Contemnors/Ist Respondent submits that the Contempt Petitions may be closed, in view of the compliance of the orders of this Court. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners endorsed the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Contemnors/Ist Respondent. 3.
