JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Shri Shailendra, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Shri Lokesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Amit Manohar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent no.3 and Shri Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- "I. To issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to install CCTV Cameras on each booth and to deploy Central forces like CRPF at the time of voting on 30.01.2023 at all booths and also for security of ballot box and on counting centre on 02.02.2023 at Jhansi and to appoint additional observer for conducting free and fair election in Allahabad-Jhansi Khand Sikshak Nirvachan 2023." 3. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 states that appropriate guidelines for conducting the elections have been issued by the respondent no.1, which are to be followed by respondent nos.2 and 3. He also states that the guidelines shall be followed by the respondent no.2. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that guidelines issued by the Election Commission shall be followed by respondent no.3. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforenoted statement of the learned counsel for the respondents.
