Vide the present petition, petitioner prays as under: a. To quash/set aside the impugned order dated 18.04.2023 issued by respondent no.2 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from 230 Bn CRPF Dantewada, Chattisgarh to NES HQr, Shillong, Meghalaya CRPF; b. To direct the respondents to continue petitioner in his present Unit 230 Bn CRPF Dantewada, Chattisgarh till completion of his normal tenure as per transfer policy or till he is promoted to the rank of DIGP whichever is earlier. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief(s) in the present petition, petitioner has already made representation dated 21.04.2023, however, till date, the said representation has not been decided by the respondents. 5. In view of above, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving directions to the respondents to decide the above-mentioned representation filed by the petitioner within one week from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within four days thereafter with reasoned order. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition as well as pending application stand disposed of. 7. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision of the respondents on his representations, he may approach the appropriate forum. 8. Till the representation is decided, respondents are restrained from issuing any movement order.
