ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. 1. An application filed by the petitioner under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, with a request to implead him as a defendant in a pending suit for grant of decree of permanent injunction has been dismissed by the trial Court. The petitioner herein is the grand-father of the plaintiff namely Sh. Manoj. The other son and grand-son of other son are already party to the suit. Another order is also stated to have been passed by the Tribunal of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens. The suit is only for grant of decree of injunction. 2. The plaintiff is dominus litis. 3. Hence, no ground to interfere is made out. 4. Dismissed, accordingly. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of. Petition dismissed.
