JUDGMENT Vinod Kumar Bharwani, J. - The matter comes up on an application for marking attendance of Shri Trilok Singh on behalf of the complainant in the order dated 25.11.2022 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application No.506/2022. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the Misc. Application. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor does not object if the attendance of counsel for the complainant is to be marked in the order dated 25.11.2022. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. It is ordered that in the order dated passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application No.506/2022 the attendance of Shri Trilok Singh, counsel for the complainant through VC is marked. 4. This order shall also be treated as part and parcel of order dated 25.11.2022.
