JUDGMENT (Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying the order dated 02.12.2022 in W.P.No.32321 of 2022.) Statutory notice issued has been returned un-served, in view of the transfer of the respondent. Any how the respondent Ms.Lakshmi, Sub-Collector/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupattur is present. 2. Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that the manual Community Certificate has been issued, which contain the following remarks: This Community Certificate is issued as per the order of Honourable High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1668 of 2023 in W.P.No.32321 of 2022. 3. This remarks in our opinion have been made only with a view to offer some kind of repatriate to this Court, which is not acceptable to this Court. Hence, the respondent is directed to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- to the Cancer Institute at Adyar and also issue a Certificate online without any remarks. The costs shall be paid within a period of four (4) weeks from today. 4. Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner says that he would apply online. 5.
