Prayer in C.R.P.No.3219 of 2022: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Order of the X Small Causes Court at Chennai dated 08.09.2022 made in E.A.No.3 of 2022 in E.P.No.346 of 20016 in R.C.O.P.No.1312 of 2015. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the orders passed in the E.P.No.346 of 2016, the revision petitioner was evicted from the subject premises by breaking open the premises. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent also contended that the respondent/landlord has taken possession of the subject premises and the decree passed in RCOP No.1312 of 2015 was executed. 3. However, it is contended that the belongings of the revision petitioner/tenant are inside the premises which are to be removed. In this regard, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the revision petitioner so far has not contacted the landlord for the purpose of removing his belongings and they have no objections for removing all the belongings of the petitioner/tenants. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances, the respondent/landlord shall permit the revision petitioner only to remove his belongings from the subject premises within a period of 15 days from today. With these directions, the Civil revision petitions stand disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
