JUDGMENT B.V.L.N. Chakravarthi, J. - Learned counsel for the revision-petitioner submits that the matter was settled out of Court and therefore, the revision-petition may be dismissed accordingly. 2. In that view of the matter, revision-petition is 'Dismissed as settled out of Court'. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
