JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - I.A. no.13856 of 2022 is application by writ petitioner carrying prayer reproduced below. 'The petitioner therefore prays that your lordship may kindly graciously be pleased to allow this application and not only direct the bank to comply the order dt.27.09.2022 within 24 hours and also appropriately punished the B.M. SBI, Chhendipada for willfully disobeying the orders of this Hon'ble Court.' 2. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank. He is not called upon to make submission in respect of the application. 3. Direction is clear in order dated 27th September, 2022. No purpose will be served in reiterating same in another order on the application. Since, the lis is pending, Court is not inclined to take suo motu cognizance of contempt. 4. On above observations, the application is disposed of. 5. List the writ petition on 1st February, 2023.
