ORDER : The above contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents alleging non-implementation of the order dated 10.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25810 of 2012. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 10.12.2018 passed by this court in W.P.No.25810 of 2012 has been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication. 3. In view of the said submissions, the above contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
