JUDGMENT 1. Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, under circular dated 2nd February, 2017, there was decision to vest Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha with, inter alia, power of review. His clients' filed application for review of order dated 7th August, 2007 in RP Case no.1253 of 2006. The application was received on 19th October, 2022. His clients are before Court praying for direction upon Member, Board of Revenue to review the order and interim protection in the meantime. 2. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and points out that the review application was received on 19th October, 2022 and the Board of Revenue moved by communication dated 19th/20th December, 2022 in requiring the Collector and District Magistrate, Cuttack to submit parawise factual report on the grievance raised by petitioners. In the circumstances, petitioners had no occasion to move this Court. 3. We appreciate that the Board of Revenue moved to request the Collector to submit parawise factual report. In the circumstances, we have no doubt that the Board of Revenue will expeditiously to deal with the review application. As such, we are not inclined to make any order regarding interim protection because nothing has been shown to demonstrate there has been attempt to change the status since 7th August, 2007, being date of the order, against which review has been sought. 4. With above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
