JUDGMENT 1. As per the office report, notices of the respondent Nos.5 to 8 are awaited. 2. Learned AAG has furnished the factual report, wherein it is mentioned that the police has interrogated the respondent Nos.5 to 8, however, did not find their involvement in missing of the petitioner’s daughter. 3. Learned AAG has submitted that the police is making sincere efforts to trace out the corpus. It is submitted that the corpus has not contacted anybody after her missing and probably she has gone on her own. 4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the service of notice upon respondent Nos.5 to 8 is waived for the time being and the police is directed to intensify its search to trace out the corpus and produce the latest factual report before this Court on the next date of hearing. 5. List the matter on 02.03.2023.
