ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, confirms that the respondent is undergoing sentence in the present case and is at present detained in Central Jail, Kota, Rajasthan. 2. The petitioner shall inform the Jail Superintendent to personally communicate the next date fixed for hearing to the respondent. 3. The Jail Superintendent will inform the respondent that he can engage a lawyer of his choice. If the respondent wants legal aid, the Jail Superintendent will forward necessary application to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee to enable the said Committee to appoint a lawyer for espousing the cause of the respondent. 4. List on 18.4.2023. 5. Let a copy of this order be forwarded by the petitioner to the concerned Jail Superintendent. 6. We may note here that in the cause title of the judgment delivered by the learned Special Judge under POSCO Act, Kota in the State of Rajasthan, the caste of the accused has been mentioned. We are of the view that such practice should never be followed and the Trial Courts will be well advised not to mention the caste of the accused in the cause title of the judgment. 7. The Registrar-General of the Rajasthan High Court shall forward a copy of this order to all Principal and District Judges in the State of Rajasthan.
