JUDGMENT V. Kameswar Rao, J. (Oral) 1. The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated September 12, 2022 in W.P. (C) 9449/2019, wherein this Court in para 4 of the order, stated as under: "4. Respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of the Subsistence Allowance in accordance with the rules. The Subsistence Allowance, as admissible, be disbursed to the petitioner within four weeks from today." 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Subsistence Allowance as admissible, has not been disbursed to the petitioner. 3. Ms. Lakra, who appears for the respondent states, in the absence of any certificate given by the petitioner about the fact that he is not gainfully employed elsewhere, his Subsistence Allowance has not been released. 4. Mr. Prasad, who appears for the petitioner, submits that such a certificate (and any other formality required to be adhere to) shall be submitted within ten days from today. 5. If that be so, on receipt of the relevant documents, the respondent being satisfied, shall release the Subsistence Allowance as directed by this Court on September 12, 2022, within one week thereafter. 6. With the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
