JUDGMENT D.Ramesh, J. - During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the cause in the writ petition did not survive and hence no further orders are required and requested to close the writ petition. 2. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. 3. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
