ORDER 1. Learned counsel for the parties state that they have no objection to this Bench hearing the present special leave petition. The parties were informed on the last date of hearing that one of us (Sanjiv Khanna, J.) had appeared as an advocate on behalf of one of Baridhars in a case of inter-se dispute relating to right to offerings. I.A. NO. 108591/2022 2. We do not find any merit in the present application and hence, the same is dismissed. In fact, it is pointed out that the applicant(s) had broken the seal and locks and had re-entered the premises/property. However, at the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant(s), we grant them time to vacate the premises/property till 31.01.2023. In case, they do not vacate the premises/property by 31.01.2023, it will be open to the authorities to take action including taking police aid to get the premises/ property vacated and forcibly take possession. It is stated by the learned counsel for the State and authorities that the applicants and their families will be accommodated in the temporary night shelters/rain basera.
