JUDGMENT Rekha Borana, J. - The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 02.11.2022 whereby the prayer for temporary relief has been rejected by the learned Court below. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the original suit itself has been withdrawn by the appellant-plaintiff and therefore, nothing survives in the present appeal. However, he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. 3. In view of the submissions made, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. The stay petition also stands dismissed.
