JUDGMENT R. Raghunandan Rao, J. - The petitioner, who is an ex-serviceman, had approached this Court on the ground that his application for allotment of agricultural land was not being considered by the respondent herein. 2. This Court by order dated 10.02.2022 in W.P.No.3337 of 2022 had directed the respondents to consider and pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. 3. The petitioner has again approached this Court by way of the present contempt case with the complaint that the orders of this Court have not been complied with. 4. The respondent has filed a counter affidavit. In the said counter affidavit, it is stated that the orders were passed by the respondent on 25.03.2022 informing the applicant that his request for assignment of land, under the ex-servicemen quota, cannot be considered as the petitioner has not fulfilled the conditions required for such allotment. 5. In view of the fact that the respondent has passed the order of rejection on 25.03.2022 itself, there would be no violation of the orders of this Court. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to take such steps, as he may deem fit, against the order of rejection. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
