ORDER I. A. No. 123554/2022 1. Heard learned counsel. 2. We only clarify that the order of status quo dated 27.07.2022 will not stand in the way of applications made by respondent-State for approval of the revised DPR which involves consumption of three TMC per day being considered by the Godawari River Management Board or any other competent authority strictly in accordance with law. 3. We further make it clear that any decision will be subject to further orders of this Court. 4. We also make it clear that the order of status quo will not stand in the way of the respondent-State offering compensation to owners of land who are willing to accept it.
