JUDGMENT Arindam Lodh, J. - Heard Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. K. Debnath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. Bhattacharjee, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Saha, learned counsel for the respondent-contemnors 2. The order dated 06.12.2022 passed by the Division Bench might be misconstrued by the contemnors. However, it is made clear that if the petitioners succeed in the SLP, then, all benefits have to be provided to the original writ petitioners w.e.f. the date of the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge of this court. 3. With the above observation and direction, these contempt applications stand disposed.
