JUDGMENT 1. After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the applicant-appellant has submitted that he does not want to press this application for suspension of sentence at this stage. 2. Accordingly, this application for suspension of sentence is dismissed as not pressed at this stage. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that as none was appearing on behalf of applicant-appellant to argue the present application for suspension of sentence, this Court directed the Secretary, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur to engage Amicus Curiae to argue the application for suspension of sentence and pursuant to that Mr. Vyas was appointed as Amicus Curiae to argue this application for suspension of sentence only. As earlier no one was appearing for appellant, we deem it appropriate to direct the Secretary, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur to appoint Mr. Praveen Vyas as Amicus Curiae to argue the appeal filed by the applicant-appellant.
