JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients are some of the apartment owners of Netaji Subhas Enclave, a project of Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA). They have grievances, which were taken to the authority by their joint representation dated 2nd November, 2021. 2. Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of BDA and submits, the writ petition is not maintainable. Mr. Mishra replies that no society has yet been formed and control over the enclave is still with BDA. 3. Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and Mr. Behera, learned advocate, on behalf of opposite party no.3. 4. Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 2nd November, 2021 and inform petitioners through the learned advocate, result thereof. This must be done within six weeks from date of communication. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
