JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Garg, J. - The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.207/2022, Police Station Balesar, District Jodhpur Rural for offences under Sections 457, 376 and 506 of IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report received from the SHO, Police Station Balesar, District Jodhpur Rural wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation offences punishable under Section 354D of IPC and Section 3 of SC/ST Act have been proved against the petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. 4. Stay application also decided.
