JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Garg, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present misc. petition on behalf of petitioner No.1 - Kishan Vaishnav S/o Mohan Lal Vaishnav. 2. Accordingly, the present misc. petition stands dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of petitioner No.1. Stay petition also stands decided. 3. Heard. 4. Issue notice. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notices on behalf of respondent No.1-State. Learned counsel Mr. M.K. Pareek, puts-in-appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. Service is, therefore, complete. 5. In the meanwhile and till next date of hearing, petitioner Nos.2 to 7 shall not be arrested in FIR No.267/2022, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Udaipur for offences under Sections 498-A and 406 of IPC. However, they shall join the investigation.
