ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2407/2020 (Mahesh Chandra Tripathi & Ors. Vs. UOI & ors.) dated 25.2.2022 whereby this Court has directed the respondents to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 90 days. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2407/2020. 3. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with the rules and guidelines governing the field. 4. The stay petition is also disposed of.
