ORDER : PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 30.09.2022 in IA No.2 of 2022 in OS No.1050 of 2022 passed by the learned V Additional District Munsif at Coimbatore. 1. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the issue between the parties have already been settled and a Memorandum of Understanding is signed between the parties on 24.12.2022. 2. In view of the fact that the parties have signed the Memorandum of Understanding dated 24.12.2022, no further adjudication is required. 3. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
