JUDGMENT Kuldeep Mathur, J. - After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners do not want to press these bail applications at this stage. However, they pray for liberty to file fresh bail applications after the statements of Seizure Officer and Investigating Officer are recorded. 2. The bail applications are, therefore, dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 3. The trial Court is expected to record the statements of Seizure Officer and Investigating Officer on priority basis.
