ORDER : Heard Mr. R. Dubey, learned counsel for the appellant; Ms. M.D. Choudhury, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1; Ms. P.R. Mahanta, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department for the respondent no. 2; Mr. K.K. Bhattacharya, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent no. 3. 2. The instant appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is directed against a judgment and order dated 30.05.2015 passed in Reference Case no. 196/2001 arising out of L.A. Case no. 27/1995. 3. The learned counsel for the parties have submitted that similar appeals have already been admitted for hearing and are ordered to be listed on 27.04.2023. 4. The appeal is admitted for hearing. 5. Let notice be issued to the respondents by making the same also returnable on 27.04.2023. 6. As Ms. Choudhury has appeared and accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 1; Ms. Mahanta has appeared and accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 2; and Mr. Bhattacharya has appeared and accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 3, no formal notices are needed to be issued to the said respondents. Mr. Dubey shall furnish requisite nos. of extra copies of the appeal with the annexures within 2 [two] working days from today. 7. List the appeal on 27.04.2023.
