When the above Second Appeal was taken up for hearing on 03.02.2023, the learned counsel for the appellants informed this Court that he had handed over the bundle to the appellants, along with change of vakalath, in the year 2021 itself. Therefore, Registry was directed to remove the name of the learned counsel for the appellant from the cause-list and to print the name of the appellants in the cause-list. 2. Today, the Second Appeal is listed for hearing by printing the names of the appellants in the cause-list. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants either in person or through counsel. 3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
