JUDGMENT V. Narasingh, J. - I.A. No.51 of 2023 - As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction of the case details in the cause title in Court today in as much G.R. Case No.171/2021 be corrected as Spl. G.R. Case No.171/2022. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 3. This I.A. has been filed seeking for interim release of the petitioner in connection with Spl. G.R. Case No.171 of 2022, pending on the file of learned ADJ-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Cuttack, arising out of Nemalo P.S. Case No.216 of 2022. 4. Considering the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account that the last date for filling up the form for appearing at +2 Arts Examination with late fee conducted under the aegis of Shri Jagannath Sanskrit University, Shree Vihar, Puri is 13.01.2023 and keeping in view the nature of allegations qua the petitioner, this Court, on humanitarian grounds, directs the petitioner to be released on interim bail for a period of one week from the date of his release. Terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin. 5. Additionally, it is directed that one of the sureties shall be the deponent (his father) who has sworn the affidavit in the I.A. 6. It is needless to state that on expiry of the interim bail period the petitioner shall surrender. 7. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of. 8. In the peculiar facts of the case at hand and keeping in view the urgency, this Court permits an authenticated copy of this order to be granted to the petitioner in course of the day. 9. Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of such copy. BLAPL No. 335 of 2023 List this matter on 25.01.2023.
