JUDGMENT Sanjeev Sachdeva, J. (Oral) 1. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioners to participate in the further selection process i.e. physical examination test, medical examination test and verification of documents for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Force (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau, 2022. 2. It is contended by the petitioners that they have qualified the examination and have been found eligible with regard to their height and other physical measurements. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits petitioners were earlier declared `ineligible' and revised result has been published wherein they have been shown as `eligible' however, they have not been informed about the further steps to be taken in the recruitment process. Learned counsel submits that e-mails have been received by other candidates who have been selected that they have to physical attend the Frontier Headquarter, BSF, Jalandhar Cant., Jalandhar, where the induction process is to commence. 4. On 09.08.2023, learned counsel for respondents had prayed for time to take instructions as to whether the petitioners have been declared as `eligible' and further steps to be taken by the petitioners in the recruitment process. 5. Learned counsel for respondents has handed over a communication dated 24.08.2023 at 01.09 P.M., stating that result of the petitioners shall be declared by tomorrow. 6. Since the induction process is to commence on 28.08.2023 at 07.30 hrs., we direct that the results of the petitioners be declared immediately and in case petitioners have duly qualified, further steps be taken so that petitioners can participate in the induction process on 28.08.2023. 7. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 8. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
