ORDER : (Sadhna Rani (Thakur), J.) 1. Learned counsel for the parties are present. 2. In compliance of the court's order dated 20.01.2023, the trial court has transmitted the photo copy of the compromise deed and the verification order passed thereon. The documents supplied before the Court are the photo copies, so the learned counsel for the applicant has placed before the Court the certified copy of the compromise accepted by the trial court. The certified copy of the verification order passed thereon is also placed before the Court. Both these documents are kept on record. 3. As the dispute is personal, so the compromise between the parties would not affect the society adversely. Hence, the compromise verified by the trial court is accepted. The certified copy of the compromise deed and the certified copy of the verification order passed thereon shall form part of the order. 4. As compromise between the parties has been accepted by this court, no dispute remains among the parties, so the entire proceedings in Case No.90611 of 2022 (State Vs. Kavita) arising out of Case Crime No.107 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Special C.M.M. Kanpur Nagar. 5. The application of the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.40623 of 2022 is allowed.
