ORDER : [Sadhna Rani (Thakur), J.] 1. Learned counsel for the parties are present. 2. In compliance of the court's order dated 16.01.2023, the court concerned has transmitted the photo copy of the compromise deed dated 29.10.2020 and the certified copy of the compromise deed along with the verification order passed thereon and the certified copy of the order sheet dated 29.11.2022 whereby the compromise between the parties has been verified by the court in the presence of both the parties. 3. As some of the sections involved are non-compoundable and the dispute is personal, so the compromise between the parties would not affect the society adversely. Hence, the compromise verified by the trial court is hereby accepted. The certified copy of the compromise deed along with verification order on the back of it and the certified copy of the order sheet dated 29.11.2022 shall form part of the order. 4. As the parties have arrived at a compromise and the same has been verified by the trial court and accepted by this court, no dispute remains among the parties, the entire proceedings in Case No.3202 of 2007 (State Vs. Tejpal Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.847 of 1989, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Mathura, pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/F.T.C. Mathura, are hereby quashed. 5. The application of the applicants under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.37959 of 2022 is allowed.
