JUDGMENT 1. Mr. Patra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients seek settlement of land. Their claim was dealt with by coordinate Bench on order dated 4th January, 2022 in W.P.(C) no.7861 of 2003 (Ramakanta Majhi v. State of Orissa and others). He submits, similar order be made, to dispose of the petition. 2. Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioners must approach Collector, Bolangir. 3. We reproduce below paragraph-4 from order dated 4th January, 2022 (supra). '4. If such a representation is filed within a period of one month from today, the Collector, Bolangir (Opposite Party No.2) shall take a decision thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to Petitioner as well as Opposite Party Nos.4 to 9 as early as possible. If it is expedient, the Collector, Bolangir may obtain report in this regard from the Tahasildar, Titilagarh (Opposite Party No.3) and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Till fresh decision is taken by Opposite Party No.2, the status quo ordered to be maintained by this Court shall continue.' 4. The writ petition is disposed of on above extracted direction as applicable to petitioners.
