JUDGMENT : PRAYER : This Appeal Suit is filed under Section 96 r/w Order XLI, Rule 1 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 17.02.2017 made in OS No.1850 of 2012 on the file of XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. The learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that the appellant-Company became defunct and not functioning as of now. Thus no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present Appeal Suit. 2. Accordingly, the present Appeal Suit stands dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
