ORDER (Oral) 1. It is seen that comments from the Cyber Cell, in accordance with order dated 28 August 2023 are not on record. 2. Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi, learned Standing Counsel for the Cyber Cell is requested to be present in the Court on the next date of hearing so as to inform the Court about the present situation. In the meanwhile, the direction to the Cyber Cell to place its comments in response to the affidavit of Defendant 19, on record, is reiterated. 3. The Registry is directed to inform Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi telephonically as well. 4. Re-notify on 4 October 2023. 5. The disputes between plaintiffs and Defendants 5 and 9 stand settled with the intervention of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement dated 5 September 2023, between the plaintiffs and Defendants 5 and 9, are on record. 6. Mr. Pravin Anand, submits that the terms of settlement are, by agreement between the parties, confidential. As such, they are not being reproduced here. However, learned Counsel for plaintiffs and for Defendants 5 and 9 undertake on behalf of the respective clients to remain bound by the said terms. Accordingly, the dispute does not survive for consideration qua Defendants 5 and 9. 7. The suit stands decreed qua Defendants 5 and 9 in accordance with the terms contained in the settlement agreement dated 5 September 2023. 8. Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
