JUDGMENT : ALOK ARADHE, J. 1. Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel appears for the appellant. 2. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to the appellant to take recourse to the remedies which may be available to her in law with regard to redressal of her grievance. 3. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the liberty prayed for. 4. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
