JUDGMENT Dr. S.K. Panigrahi, J. - This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 3. The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the police in taking any proper steps for completing the investigation in connection with Soro P.S. Case No.48 of 2019 registered for commission of offences under Sections 341/323/506/294/354/468/465/471/34, I.P.C. read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act corresponding to Special Case No.44 of 2019. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. has already been registered since 2019. But till date, the police has not yet completed the investigation in the connection with the said case. 5. In such view of the matter, the I.I.C., Soro Police Station (opposite party no.4) is directed to appear before this Court on 19th of January, 2023 through Virtual Mode. 6. List this matter on 19th of January, 2023.
