JUDGMENT : The Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the decree and judgment dated 12.11.2018 rendered in O.S.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Vellore at Tirupattur. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the issues between the parties have already been settled and the appellant on receipt of payment from the respondents, handed over the original documents to the learned counsel, who is appearing on behalf of the respondents. The original documents handed over by the appellant are acknowledged by the respondents. 3. It is made clear that the appellant shall not use any of the duplicate copy of the documents for any other purposes. 4. Since the issues are settled by the parties out of Court, the appellant is entitled for refund of Court fee and the Registry, High Court of Madras is directed to refund the Court fee to the appellant as applicable under the Rules. 5. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present Appeal Suit. Consequently, the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.171 of 2019 stands disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
